Accounting  Manager

 Dottie manages the accounting department.  She also oversees all computer operations.  Dottie has over  20 years of experience in insurance and    almost 10 years experience with an   accounting firm.

Betty Abraham
Administration / Office Manager

In addition to Office Manager, Betty's duties include filings for Excess and Surplus Lines, licensing, company contracts, handling of Finance Agreements, payroll and other related insurance duties.  Betty has been with RBLA of PA since 1998.

Carolyn Camara  Administration/Executive Assistant  

Carolyn's duties include handling the organization of new submissions, hospitality program, and acts as liaison between clients and the president of the company.  She is responsible for following up on submissions and making appointments with clients, as    well as, other related executive assistant duties.  Carolyn has been with RBLA of PA since 2002.

Alexander Batista 
Vice President of Benefits Services Group

  Alex is an Employee Benefits Specialist and Financial Planner with years of experience in accounting and finance.  He is constantly keeping abreast of current tax and economic issues effecting employee health and benefits plans.  Alex has earned a "Fellowship" in advanced business planning from the "Life Underwriting Council", and was a qualifying member of "The Million Dollar Round Table".

Kim Beodeker
Commercial Lines Sales Manager Operations Manager

Kim handles service, with emphasis on new and renewal business placement as well as managing the operations of our customer service representatives.  Kim has been in the insurance business for over 20 years.  Kim has both brokerage and company experience.

Susan Jones
 Commercial Lines Account Representative

 Sue has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry.  Sue obtained her license in 1986 and also    obtained a IIA Designation.  She has been  with RBLA of PA since 1998 as a customer service representative.  Her duties include servicing half of the alphabet, including checking policies, handling endorsements, billing accounts and communicating with  clients and company personnel.

Thomas Geffers
Producer  

Tom holds a BA in Business  from NY City University.  He has been   licensed for 20 years and has been with RBLA since 1991.  Tom assists individuals and/or companies in their selection of insurance coverage and explains the merits    of policies offered.  Tom is also a former member of the "Million Dollar Round Table".

Jordan Bunn  
Program Underwriter

 Jordan's duties include underwriting rating and engineering risks that fit our Hospitality Program with Nova Casualty.

Evelyn is in charge of all aspects of personal lines accounts policies.

Karen Stapleton
Commercial Lines Assistant

 Karen started working for RBLA as a receptionist and has now taken on an assistant position in our commercial lines department.  Karen’s responsibilities include the follow up of recommendations, endorsements, renewals and notices of cancellations.  She also prepares presentations and sets up new business accounts.

Robert J. Byrne, CPCU
Producer 

Bob has 18 years experience as a reinsurance intermediary/manager and 17 years underwriting/manager primary and reinsurance experience. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from La Salle University in  Philadelphia, PA.  Bob's retail licenses include the states of NY, NJ, CT and PA; and excess lines - NY.

George Schiaffino

 George has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry.  George advises companies on how to select coverages that will best meet their needs.  He also provides leads for additional business, as well as, explains the features for policies offered and quotes premium rates for policies.  George's territory covers PA, MD and VA.
